01What areas do you service?
We’re based in Strand, Gordon’s Bay and Somerset West, with wider service across the Overberg, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Worcester and Cape Town. Confirm any travel or call-out charges when requesting your quote.
02Do you charge a call-out fee?
The price depends on the service area and job. Your quote will confirm any applicable call-out or travel charge before work starts.
03How much does solar panel cleaning cost?
The source price list starts at R550 for up to 10 panels. Final pricing depends on panel count and roof access.
04Are prices confirmed before work starts?
Yes. NGMS provides a written quote confirming the agreed scope and price before work starts.
05How often should solar panels be cleaned?
Many homes benefit from cleaning every 4–6 months; properties near the coast, dusty roads or trees may need a different schedule.
06What happens if weather makes outdoor work unsafe?
Outdoor work should be rescheduled to a suitable day when weather conditions make the work unsafe.
07Do you provide quotes?
Yes. Share photos and job details to help NGMS assess the work; larger jobs may need a site visit.
08Can you handle multiple services at one property?
Yes. Multi-trade maintenance can be coordinated through one point of contact, with each task included in the agreed scope.
